Please follow these terms if returning or exchanging.



o Sorry! But we do not exchange items.

o Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.


Return Restrictions

Please note the restrictions on New Arrivals 

  • If your order was shipped by “FINAL Sale Shipping”, items can NOT be returned at all.
  • If your order was for “FINAL Sale Store pickup”,  items can NOT be returned, after holding your items for more than 24 hours, items can NOT be exchanged.

o Most purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

o Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

o Items must be returned in their original conditions and packaging, all tags still attached.

o Items must be returned 1 day after the delivery, you have one day to try on, and if it's not suitable, it must be shipped back the next day. We need the items back in our store as soon as possible!

o Sale items discounted at more than 20%, and custom orders are not returnable.

o If you received wrong or defected item you must email us within 2 days of delivery. We will not take responsibility for any errors that are not reported by email within 2 days of delivery.

o When returning an order that had been placed with free shipping, we refund you less our shipping cost.

o Items that are returned and violate the above conditions will be subject to a minimum of 50% restocking fee.

o Discounts or free shipping that require a minimum purchase, will be canceled if order is partially returned and falls below the required minimum.

o We don’t take responsibility on manufacturing defects, we will forward the claim to the manufacturer, and will credit only if the manufacturer agrees.

o Please note that some clearance items may have slight defects.


Return Process

o You do not need authorization to send back a return.

o Place all items you are returning in a box or shipping bag along with a paper with your order number and name.

o Ship out your package using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost packages.
